Our purpose is to teach the sport of rowing to the Triangle area youth. We inspire our athletes through the sport of rowing by teaching them teamwork, leadership, discipline, and responsibility. These skills not only produce best in class athletes, but future adults. JLRC is a community built on relationships, inclusion, belonging, fun, and hard work that will continue for years to come.
